Avoid soaps or gels, as the glove works best with direct skin contact. Exfoliate: Wet and wring out the glove. Move out of the water but keep your skin moist. Rub the glove firmly over your body using long strokes. Be gentle on sensitive areas. If skin peels, leave it on during exfoliation-this aids the process. Note: Not everyone will experience visible peeling skin, peeling depends on your skin type and condition. Your skin is still being exfoliated, the product is still working effectively.
